Lani & I have made a Lightning McQueen cake for Jackson before. This year Jackson turns 6, and is fighting a brain tumor. He's truly an amazing boy & we were so excited to do another cars cake for him. This is the scene he wanted us to re-create. It's from the original Cars movie when lightning McQueen gets a racing lesson from Doc. All the cars are made from gum paste...it was so much fun to re-create...and i got to use my new airbrush for something besides a black piano :) It was awesome!
