We asked to make Briggs Lemon's birthday cake. Who wouldn't want to make this cute kid happy?He "choo choo'd" the minute we arrived and enjoyed eating the little ducks. We've only done one other "carved" cake (Lightning McQueen a few years ago) They are challenging...but we needed more practice anyway... I think it turned out kinda cool. Happy Birthday Briggs!
